Een eenvoudig ingericht net restaurantje. Een juweeltje. Wij lopen hier al tienjaar regelmatig voorbij. Nooit binnen gegaan. De menu buiten is misleidend.Het lijkt duur in vergelijk met omliggende 'restaurants'. Maar dat zijn eet tenten.Uiteraard niet allemaal.Hier krijgt men waar voor zijn geld. Ik vermoed dat men nergens aan de Belgischekust deze kwaliteit vind aan deze prijs. We namen de menu incl. aangepaste wijnen.We krijgen fantastisch goede wijnen. Wie een ander gerecht had kreeg ook een anderewijn. Vriendelijk en verzorgde bediening. Reserven is zeker aan te raden. We hebbentwee keer geprobeerd zonder en moesten iets anders zoeken in de buurt. Derde keer goede keer dus.
Tijdig reserveren is nodig, want iedereen wil hier zijn. Heerlijk driegangenmenu met ruime keuze voor 31€. Met een aangepast glas wijn voor elk deelgerecht is het 41€. Niet te versmaden. Uitstekende kwaliteit en alles verse producten. Het restaurant zat vol, en volgens de patronne waren het allemaal Belgen. Teruggaan is een zekere must, als we in de buurt zijn. De grote gratis parking in de buurt stond vol, tijdens een dag in de week. Waarschijnlijk door het warme weer, want ook op het strand was een grote menigte zichtbaar.
we go every year to eat in the art of water, from the breakdown in belgium. the value/price ratio is unbeatable compared to what is found in the breakdown. This is really French gastronomy. for the price of a break-out fries , you have a complete menu to the art of water including tasting/entrance/plat/dessert. everything is refined, and the staff is thoughtful and quick. A highly recommended address! It really is worth crossing the border.
After several visits to the Art de l'eau in Bray dunes, we tested the menu at € 22 frankly, this menu in Belgium would have cost us at least € 50, I would like to congratulate the chef. I loved the salad of ancient tomatoes, shrimp, vegetable pikkels and avocado. We feel the love of well-made and quality cuisine. The boss also deserves displacement. Bravo to the whole team.

We went to the art of water on May 19 for my birthday. The reception was of quality, very professional meal that was served us.....rien said.All the dishes served were well prepared with fresh products, well presented the all accompanied by very good wines. We'll go back... out of season.
Al heel vaak hier gaan eten als we op ons appartement in Bray Dunes zijn , elke keer heel tevreden . Vriendelijke ontvangst en bediening . Altijd lekker gegeten . Prijs kwaliteit is meer dan ok . Reserveren is zeker in het weekend en hoogseizoen nodig .
Very good gourmet restaurant. good fresh products well prepared and well present, except snails with rather medium bacon. The service is a little cold but very professional.
