For about 80 people, we took Buffet Box (Italian, Radiatore Salad with Shrimps, Taboulé, Fregola, Piedmontese Salad, Lentilles Salad, Mint Bull) with sauces (Tarama house, Sauces with Espelette Piment, Tzaziki) and dessert with giant flashes (Citron, Chocolate). Everything was fresh, prepared with great care, perfect. The validated quantities were perfect. Excellent advice from Alain. We come back regularly and taste all the dishes, which are always excellent. Thank you very much.
