We visited Arta's for the first time last night to celebrate my birthday, and I’m so glad we chose it! It was the best meal we've had since moving to Howell nine years ago. While we've enjoyed other places, this truly stands out as the best! The meals are made from scratch and are authentically Italian, plus they offer fresh seafood! I ordered the Bass special, and it was simply amazing! The bread, salad, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all incredible! Max, the cook and owner, even came out to meet us. I had the pleasure of dining in at this restaurant for dinner, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The price per person was around $50 to $100, which I found to be reasonable given the quality of the food and service. If you visit, I highly recommend trying the Spaghetti Carbonara. It was absolutely delicious and definitely a highlight of the meal. Overall, a wonderful dining spot!

We tried 3 different pastas for takeout last night — spaghetti bolognese, tagliatelle with lobster, and the penne vodka and they were all so good, couldn’t decide which one we liked the most. I absolutely adore this restaurant! For dinner, I found the cost per person to be over $100. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect rating of 5, as was the service, which also received a 5. Loved this place! Great Italian good. The fish and pasta plates were so flavorful and well presented. Good wine and reasonable prices. My wife and I went there for our 46th wedding anniversary. I had lobster stuffed ravioli my wife had egg plant, they were perfect. Our waiter Cooper was great. We will be back.
