If I could give the service zero stars, I would. This is the second time we’ve had Ann as our server. The first time, my family was in town and it was very disappointing but as a server myself I chalked it up to just having an off day. But when we came back in today, the service was just as bad. It was as if she didn’t even hear anything we ordered or just tuned it out. My fiance asked for whatever beer was part of the thirsty Thursday promo only for her to give us the one that wasn’t and charge us the full price. Arthur's is the go-to spot for burgers and the best cheesesticks around. Their burger lineup is seriously impressive, offering something for everyone with top-notch quality. I love the original Arthur's in Hyde Park, I was so happy when this location opened closer to us. The service has always been fantastic, same as the food. Cannot say enough nice things about the staff, absolutely recommend!

Our burgers were july and favorable. The fries were crispy on the outside and tender and flakey. My wife enjoyed her cole slaw (that isn't always the case) and our waitress was attentive without being pushy.
Very fun small family business. We always try to go up on Tuesdays for their burger madness. As far as I'm concerned they have one of the top three burgers in the city.
If you want a great burger. This is the place. I always went to Terry's. I found a new home.
