We got the Kids Pork Ramen and the Build Craft Your Own Ramen with some Handmade Pork Gyoza. There were four Gyoza, thats a paltry serving given the price of them. The Crafted Ramen had mushrooms that were candy sweet, Ive never had them sweet and it ruined the dish for me. The pork was like a braised pork chop, not like chashu at all. The kids ramen for my wife (she cant eat a lot) had corn and potatoes in it, which Ive never seen in pork ramen. The noodles in both were lower quality, it reminded me of a spaghetti noodle. Nothing about any of this felt authentic, and overall Im disappointed and wish I had gone somewhere else. The gyoza was good, just not enough, and everything else was just...
This is a great ramen spot overall. They feel and the atmosphere is fantastic. The selections are awesome. You can even make your own ramen if you are the picky eater. My only complaint is the hours and that you can’t make a reservations if you have less than 4 (although I see why since it’s a tight spot). We tried almost everything there and it’s awesome! You gotta go. Highly recommended.
We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the orange cauliflower and the taiyaki. Our server was exceptional, especially considering how busy it was that night. She was a brunette who used fun nicknames with customers and had a great sense of humor. If you know who I'm talking about, please pass along our gratitude and compliments to her.
Our party of 5 Went to dinner before our show at Pabst Theater we loved every aspect of our experience! Our server was amazing she certainly helped us make the right decisions on our selections and wow! From apps to our bowls we were not disappointed in fact we were VERY happy! Horrible....dont ever order from this place. The food had zero flavor. The Thai red curry only came with mushrooms in it and again, Serra chicken despite our request. The Sunset Cauliflower was absolutely inedible and tasted like the put a bottle of orange chicken sauce from pick and save on it.
Our food and service was amazing. I want to tell you how grateful we were for our server. My daughter spilled sauce on her white sweater and we were heading to the nutcracker. Our server brought over fresh towels and soda water and we were able to get the sauce out before we left!
For those seeking delicious ramen, this is the place to go. The food is excellent and the variety of options is impressive. A must-visit for any ramen enthusiast.
