A wonderful experience, we have been transported by the exquisite cuisine of the chef, the associations of flavors are famous, we lend ourselves delicately along the various dishes mastered with perfection. The in-room team was of great foresight, we were perfectly advised for the choice of wine, an essential element of this establishment that has a cellar filled with tasty nectars. Thank you to the whole team for this moment succeed, we will certainly return.
Bravo to the team! Probably the most bluffing value we found in Lyon. The recipes are inventive and the plates are treated. Note that the restaurant has few tables and a very good reputation, so the reservation is indispensable. Maybe just a little disappointment at the wine level where I would have hoped for a little more choice in the glass. Here a choice of bubble, red and white was a little limited.
