Call for reservations don't trust the online system. The food presentation was great and the portions were larger than we thought they would be. If we had shared some of our plates, we might have actually had room for dessert. Maybe next time we dowant to try more of the menu! The atmosphere is trendy and wants to be upscale, but we had two tables of different sizes pushedtogether for a family of 5 and one of the tables wobbled; that kinda brought our expectations down. Service was good, but seemeda little stretched he did a great job when we was there. We visited this restaurant for lunch with friends and chose to sit outside, but we encountered a significant issue with flies. It was our first time dining here, and we were blown away when the carne asada plates arrived – the portions were enormous! Our friends ordered some fantastic dishes as well. The guacamole was absolutely delicious, and I also really enjoyed the rice and many other items on the menu. I’m glad I had the chance to experience this place. The drink menu was uniquely diverse, offering a variety of interesting options. We ended up with plenty to take home for additional meals! Also, the statue at the entrance is absolutely stunning!
The location says don't leave anything in your car; the food presentation tells you it's a super nice place; the taste confirms it was money well spent; the furniture says eat and get the hell out. I loved the steak, and it's probably the best I've had inrecent or distant memory. But chairs in a prison visiting room might be more comfortable. It just seemed a little mismatched forthe quality of the food and service. Great to see a good place to eat in Kent though.
We absolutely love dining at this restaurant, not just for the delicious food but also for the fantastic customer service! Be sure to make a reservation, as it can get quite busy. This time, we ordered the wagyu salmon, jalapeño poppers, and bone marrow (which was amazing), along with the freshly made guacamole! Great steak you finish yourself on a hot stone. Cauliflower was impressive. Cocktails were ok. Service was hit and miss depending on the person. One server was friendly and helpful while we were there while another server seemed bothered. Parking: Parking lot is small and for several businesses so finding street parking may be easier. Fantastic food! The prices are just right for what you’re getting. They use locally sourced ingredients, including American-raised wagyu and salmon. The appetizers are reasonably priced, rustic, and absolutely delightful. Our waiter, Jordan, was wonderful to talk to and very knowledgeable. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
The ventilation in this restaurant is quite poor. I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you have a special occasion to attend afterward, as you will likely leave smelling like smoke. For my experience: Food was excellent (5/5), service was good (4/5), but the atmosphere left much to be desired (1/5).
Food is awesome, ate in their patio area. Tends to get a little loud in the restaurant if you do not want to scream during your conversation. They meet to our expectations everytime.
