The hotel suites closest to the see really sucks The room smells like old laundry who has been locked in the machine for too long. After a few days all of our clothes had the same smell. Loud noice regulary came from the restaurant right above the suite, from chairs being pulled in and out of the table. The furniture is old and worn out. Hardly NO service at all, both in the restaurant and in the reception. No smile, no greetings, no flexibility. (Except for a few friendly younger waiters. I haven’t been here in forever... last time must have been about 7 years ago. I detest the interior, so drab, waiters are those traditional types with poker faces. The food is good, we had the chuleton and some good wine. It’s just that the whole experience there is not exciting. Going out to dinner has to mean more to me than just the food. Ditch the burgundy And mustard colours , the brown aprons and put a smile on those old faces.
