I typically have no issues with getting my groceries delivered, but the past day has been a complete nightmare. I ended up not receiving most of my frozen food, and when I called customer service to request a refund, they accused me of lying and claimed that I never ordered certain items, despite having proof of purchase. I was shocked by their audacity. I will definitely not be shopping here again anytime soon.
I had a delivery between 7.30 and 8.30 on Sunday 13. marches planned, I had a call earlier to say to that day, they had no drivers for this time and I would be happy that one of there coworkers to get it away after they finished work I was satisfied with this. I wish I have her last name now, but her first name is julie, she went up and beyond to help her business and a customer happy x
This Asda store is fantastic! It is spacious and well-equipped with all the high-quality products you would typically find at great prices. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is a large car park. However, it's important to note that the parking is managed by private contractors who strictly enforce charges, and there are no refunds even if you shop at the store.
today we had an eating supply of asda farnborough and our frozen foods were not there and a cake was crushed. I called the load and spoke to the manager of the delivery department and with in 15 minutes all our missing items were delivered and due to the load not with another cake they sent a bigger and better cake. can't mistake the customer service from this manager. Visited this store today to buy some Patio furniture and we were pleasantly surprised at the help and assistance we were given by the staff. In particular a young man named Jamie, who was so helpful and assisted us in getting the very large box from the store and into our car. It's very rare today to find young shop assistants who are this helpful, many thanks Jamie.
When all the covid hoo-ha started, the queue to get in went halfway to B&Q, but there's no queue at all now. I've always shopped at Asda and found them quite good. Online shopping is hit-and-miss, but instore it's fine. Watch out for sell-by dates, though. Finally! They've discovered the 21st century! The carpark now takes cards; pay on exit. First 15 mins are free.
Whenever I order online through anyone of the delivery partners I can never get my order delivered. I was so frustrated that I called the delivery driver, poor chap was like when he was at the pickup point the staff keep telling him there’s no one packing the order and they do not know the wait times. Please turn off your tablets if you are not going to deliver.
Asda is a store that gives me value for my money the fruit veg is always fresh and Asda has a lot of products including household I do my weekly and daily shopping at this store it's open at 6 in the morning so it's convenient for me,5 stars all day long the only fault I find with the store is the AI checkouts which I don't like to use Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
this is a large asda, very large and good with all the usual quality products to relatiw low trips, which they expect to find here. the staff was friendly helpful and the parking lot is huge, but note the cost strict enforced by private contractors who manage it no refund even if they buy here from 2022!
