Luckily, the burgers are amazing.Second order, AND I EVEN TEXTED THE RESTAURANT (since they refuse to answer the phone) to make sure they get my order right this time. Ordered a double burger, got a single. But hey….I got the cheese sticks this time, right???This is my last time ordering. Simple instructions are easily followed. It’s too bad, too. The burgers are amazing, if they can ever get them as ordered.Sorry, Ash Em. I won’t be ordering from you anymore.
This was our first visit, and my husband and I both tried the original smashburger—it was fantastic! The buns were incredibly fresh, and the burger along with the toppings was delicious. My husband ordered fries, which he really enjoyed; they were cooked just the way he likes them. I also had a small salad, which was quite nice. We took advantage of the daily special that included the burger, fries or salad, and a drink for just $9.99, making it a great deal. We will definitely be coming back!
Couldn't make a simple sub properly...what a shame...one and done for me. Too many places in columbus to eat to waste my money at this place. Reading the rest of the reviews going back a year...nothing has changed with their service. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.
I just called this location and a gentleman answered. I’m not sure if he is the young skinny white guy that cooks the food. If so, his attitude was terrible and he sounded very unprofessional. I ended up hanging up which caused the business to loose out on a $200 order.

Got a supreme pizza through Uber eats June 23- the pizza was raw and on parchment paper still. I had gotten pizza and burgers that were amazing before, now I am too worried to order. $31 dollars for a completely inedible order is too big a risk.
My new favorite place! I had the bacon cheddar smash burger with fries, and it was delicious. I loved it so much that I returned the next evening for the double OG with Cajun fries. Highly recommend!
Delicious! Flavor is on point. The wings are perfectly crispy on the outside, yet juicy on inside. I don't know what happened to the fried foods, but hoping they have them again soon
Fantastic burgers and excellent service! This is my top choice for lunch in downtown. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in search of delicious smash burgers or pizza.

Was searching for a good burger, and this place did not disappoint! I’d recommend their cajun fries and that bacon cheddar smashed burger.
I have had burgers all over the city and the Cheddar Bacon Smash Burger is seriously the best in Columbus! Pizza is yummy too!
