Asia-Restaurant & Lounge QILIN

Wir haben um 18 Uhr ein Essen über Ubereats bestellt. Um 19 Uhr war unsere Bestellung immer noch unterwegs und wurde plötzlich storniert. Wir haben dann Qilin angerufen, um zu fragen, was passiert ist. Der Mitarbeiter war nicht wirklich interessiert und sagte einfach, dass ihre Verantwortung endet, sobald sie das Essen an Ubereats übergeben. Das kommt manchmal vor. So schlechten Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wir sollten uns selbst an Ubereats wenden, obwohl Qilin einen Vertrag mit dieser Firma hat. Ich war immer ein großer Fan dieses Restaurants, aber das ist wirklich nicht akzeptabel. Wenn ich einen Lieferservice anbiete, muss ich sicherstellen, dass er funktioniert.

I have to say: it is really incredible! (no matter what is cooked there, it always tastes good) You have an idea about the food and the taste, and this is then achieved or is even better than imagined! ,,EXORBITANT,, UNFORTUNATELY the portions are a bit too manageable for a good eater (like me), so I'm forced to order other things in the form of starters. The starters aren't that much either (which might suit some people). As I said, they're damn tasty You shouldn't forget that for 2 people, with 3 drinks (1 beer, 1 water and a lemonade), 3 starters and 2 main courses (basically normal portions)

Das Essen war ganz gut, der Service war freundlich. Trotz Reservierungen hatten wir einen Tisch im Gang und an der Treppe. Andere Paare kamen vorbei und hatten bessere Tische, aber wir durften nicht umsetzen. Das Essen war etwas teurer, aber von guter Qualität. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

We thank the nice staff members got a table to eat as it was normal booked out but the booking time fitted our time frame to jump in. Very friendly place very busy but not to the detriment of the service. Food was good . A booking is advisable at the weekend.

Qilin liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und hat sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Sie haben zwar vergessen, einen Salat zu bringen und mein Gericht ein wenig würziger zu machen, aber das war trotzdem kein großes Problem.

Einmal mehr im Restaurant, immer hervorragend bedient und eine tolle Auswahl an frischen, köstlichen Gerichten. Großartiges Team, danke für euren Service! Wir kommen bald wieder.

We spontaneously got a place for two, the food came to the table super quickly, service was very attentive and we have never eaten Asian food so well
