Excellent food, just too long of a wait on a Friday night. For a solo dinner, I had to wait 40min after ordering. I believe the kitchen was lagging, because the front of the house staff was very efficient and friendly. If I had known, I would have ordered a starter or a drink. I'm used to Asian food coming out in 10min, and my expectation is anytime under half an hour. They could dim the lights to make it more cosy, and also put a sign on that goddam door, patrons waiting to be seated keep it open forever and its chilly and windy in the middle of the dinning room, quite uncomfortable. I live in Scottsdale and this is my go to when I’m visiting Flagstaff. I love dining here so much that I make sure to plan my trips according to when they’re open for business. The staff is really nice and the place has a cute vibe. It’s usually a little crowded the times I’ve gone, but it doesn’t ever take too long to get seated, and the food comes out pretty quickly. I’ve honestly never been much of an orange chicken fan until I tried the one here, it’s SO GOOD! I also enjoy that you can add a heat level. I find level 3 perfectly balances the dish. Upon being seated for lunch, our waiter kindly inquired about our spice preferences. Opting for a 2 out of 5 level of spiciness, we found the dishes to be too fiery for our liking, particularly for my wife. However, despite the heat, the food was delicious. I was staying in town for a night from Chandler and wanted to eat locally. I was craving beef and broccoli and am glad i chose to come here on a Tuesday night. The plate of food was fantastic. Plenty of broccoli beef and the right amount of sauce which was packed with flavor. I like the dive bar feel of this little location in the heart of downtown Flagstaff.
