When we first visited Asian Legend after they opened it was great food and friendly staff. After that it seemed to be getting worse and worse. We decided to visit April 22, 2017 @ around 7:30pm, we were a goup of 12 and agreed to be placed in the private room which consisted of a minimum. As of 9:00pm we had still not received any of our food. Once we complained, our waitress said she was taking our order to the kitchen now at that moment. Oh yws and to top it off the restrooms were flooded. We were shopping at Vaughan Mills Outlets and thought to try the newest Asian Legend restaurant located in Vaughan. We ordered their pork dumplings (#9), pork soup dumplings (#3), spicy beef noodle (#120) and rice with vegetable and ham ((#140), our usual that we would order from the Asian Legend on Leslie & Finch. While this place was clean, they were disorganized, as we stood at the front door for over 5 minutes before the lone waiter came to seat us. Then it took about 20 minutes before our dishes were served. The spicy beef noodle was bland, not spicy and the beef was stone cold. Went to their new Vaughan location. Nicely done interiors. Spacious and clean. For starters we had the Snowpea Shoot with garlic in soup. Simply delicious. I love garlic so there's some bias there ;) Next we had the rolled onion pancake with sliced beef. Super tasty. Make sure you try this! We wiped it out pretty quickly, I forgot to take a photo of it. And for the piece de resistance, we had the Peking duck. A WHOLE duck. It could easily feed 4 people. And we nearly finished it. Very nearly. We will definitely be back. I really wish they open a restaurant here in London, ON.
Best Asian Legend. We stumbled upon this location by accident heading home and had to try it. The usual chicken potstickers and nicely filled, beef noodle soup with thin noodles, rolled onion pancake with sliced beef, panfried pork buns and my dad ordered a tofu dish with meat and everything was EXCELLENT! The restaurant is new, staff was fabulous. Definitely making this our go to Asian Legend.
We went there for their soup filled dumplings.Ordered two different kinds, and they were both amazing. Also got deep fried tofu, and one bowl of noodle soup to share.Everything was delicious and the service was good.This restaurant has private rooms that could accommodate from 8-30 ppl, very clean.Priced pretty reasonable for the quality.
Asian legend is a branch of the main one in downtown. Food is pretty good and the decoration is decent. They also have lots of northern Chinese dim sum. I would go back again
the food is great, but a bit pricey. Beautiful settings, good service. We came back few times. Recommend for Chinese food lovers in the area.
I always go different Asian Legend in GTA, this location is best I experienced, Nice environment, good service and good food.
Food is basically run of the mill Chinese cuisine . Nothing spectacular . Very clean premises however. Very cordial staff .
