I can't understand how this caffe has 4.5The dame at the theke that I ordered to eat with had no single presentation of what is on the menu, so at the end she has messed up our order, which is probably also on me (I should have checked). but the food we have ordered was so much under the standards: clearly ordered flat reisnudels with huh and sweet and was roasted noodle chips with vegien instead of huh was half raw and simply eclig laksa on the food card would never have called laksa it is missing the half of the ingredients that it should have been as I called them and laughed at me. lol what? customer service has been working with unhappy customers for hundreds of years, as they cannot un...

this restaurant has gone last year down hill. most of the Aussie girls behind the counter have absolutely no idea what is going on. when they make a complaint, they ask them what they want to do about it. Eating was always really good, but recently has been terrible. I didn't want to post this, but after my family from there ordered on Friday night and had terrible service and I think everyone should be aware that they literally serve them a snail in their meal and only refund them for this meal and not their entire order. absolutely disgusted in this service. If a customer finds such a thing in his meal, a full refund should be offered. it will never eat again.

Sadly gone downhill over the last few years. Used to be one of my favourite Chinese restaurants and now the food seems unloved and barely a step above Kan Tong.
