I've been coming to this restaurant for seven years, and the food is fantastic. However, the customer service can be inconsistent at times. The delivery is fast, and the food always arrives hot and fresh. Some people are bound to complain about something. We've had one issue, but the manager handled it promptly and professionally. As a person of color, I have never encountered any racism from the staff. Let’s not bring race into it unnecessarily.
My fried rice was really good but spicy. They should let you know that, but I like spicy so it's all good. Hot and sour soup was tasty and I'm picky about my soup. It kinda let's me know how the food is gonna be. I think the only asian there was the Chinese girl on the ad poster. All the staff was Hispanic which is a win for me because they make the best American Chinese food!
Asia Star use to be good years back, currently, not so much. It's entirely too expensive for the SMALL portions they give. The quality is lacking as well, it's a rip-off here. With the inflation we are ALL experiencing, you would hope to get a decent,quality meal at some of these restaurant; but this place isn't one of them. Ownership needs to do better.
I ordered the beef and broccoli and it was nothing like you 'd expect. It was more like beef broccoli with brown gravy. There is nothing Asian about this dish. The brown rice they called fried rice was just that steamed brown rice not fried, which wasalso lacking in fried rice flavor. the beef and broccoli seamed to be fresh, thus 4 stars for freshness. Been coming here for 7 years, food is awesome. Customer service is lacking at times. Delivery is quick, hot, and fresh. Some folks are always going to complain about something. We have had one problem and the manager was professional and prompt. As aperson of color, I have never experienced racism from a y of the staff. Save the race card
I wanted a big delicious bowl of chicken fried rice to share with my son and take for lunch leftovers. I got exactly that. Fast, fragrant and delicious. It was also super well priced. 5/5 would go again. It seems like one of those simple little restaurants that definitely deserves your business.
Regular chinease food place! I ordered spicy beef and scallops with fried rice. The vegetables in the mix tasted nice and fresh and beef was soft! Not too spicy and not to bland. Waited about 5 to 10 minutes for them to bring out the order since it was to go. Will definitely go again!
The portion could've been a lot better but food was delicious. The owner/Manager was working very hard. Needs a very nice lady to help out and increase the volume. But food is great. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I purchased a beef and broccoli with white rice. I only saw four beef and the rest broccoli and carrots. These restaurants are not giving you what you pay for. The food taste good.
