This review is for delivery through grub hub. I love Filipino food however I'm not too familiar with their food so I asked a Filipino friend for recommendations and ordered based on that. I hate to give a low rating and fully intend on trying different things on the menu next time in order to update my review but I was not a fan of what was served. We ordered the bistek and the pork sigsig. For some reason I though those entrees would come with rice but they didn't. Luckily I ordered a side of white rice for my 5 year old. We also got lumpia Shanghai which was the only thing I enjoyed. I didn't like the sauce on the bistek and the sigsig was overly lemony with too many large pieces of onion....
I came with a party for 4 on a rainy Sunday afternoon. My girlfriend and I introduced my friends to Filipino food for the first time and they loved it, we ourselves, loved it. It was one of the best meals I've had this year already. We're trying to be professional yelpers and if it works out, this is already a top 10 candidate. 3 courses which were close to perfect from start to finish. The only complaint We had was that some* of the rice was hard, that was it. Everything else was spot on
The restaurant offers genuine and fresh Filipino cuisine in a lovely atmosphere, which surprisingly seems hard to come by. We sampled several dishes, and not a single one disappointed us. The owner and chef was exceptionally friendly and professional. The staff wore masks to prioritize the safety of their guests. Please show your support and visit this place!
This is a lovely restaurant with a good selection of Filipino dishes to sample. We tried the menudo, beef served with rice and egg, along with the tofu Shanghai appetizers. Everything was delicious! Everything was super good. Friendly staff, chef came out to table twice. Rare to leave a restaurant with not a single comment on something that could be better. Will definitely becoming back. The sooner the better!
According to their Facebook page, they were supposed to reopen on March 1, 2022. Now it’s almost June, and the phone number is out of service. Is this restaurant still in business?
Excellent service and delicious, authentic Filipino cuisine make this my new go-to spot for Filipino food whenever I'm in New Jersey.
