It was a refreshingly good experience for a chain restaurant. They greeted me and offered complimentary raspberry lemonade when I was seated. The service was quick and food was brought piping hot. The staff were attentive (but not overly so as to make me self conscious while eating) and I also saw the chef let an adorable boy from another family pretend to be a chef himself. The friendliness and personality of these people show that not all chain restaurants are soulless! This one was like sweet and thoughtful personified and has delicious food to boot.

We got off to a slow start as my reservation made through OpenTable did not appear on their system and it took a while to sort out. However, once the food arrived, it was delicious and served promptly. Our waitress was cheerful and attentive, making our experience enjoyable.

This is a great restaurant, I went for a romantic meal out for an anniversary and the atmosphere was great. The staff were helpful and didn't interrupt the whole time. The seating was slightly deserted, but we did go at an extremely quiet time on a winter evening.
