this is a part of the chain of ask italian to find throughout the U.K., and one would expect that eating is perfectly sufficient (although nothing special) because of it. in that we had eaten in another ask italian in london a week or so earlier, and that seems to eat wherever you decide to dinate. that's not a bad thing. it is always soothing to find a seperate vegan menu, and ask italian has one. while much on the menu looks quite basic, the quality of eating takes the whole experience on a stick. there are the usual pasta dishes, make their own pizza (come with a mozerella style,) a few salads and even a children's menu, of which the latter is really nice to see. this can not be in the ar...
After we were in bournemouth for the new year, we decided to visit ask italian. overall the restaurant is well furnished, open and had a great atmosphere. Eating and service was excellent, despite our favourite choices not available. the only part was that we wanted to go an hour before our booking to the restaurant, although the restaurant was very quiet, we were turned away. a statement was displayed at the door that advises the venue, was fully booked, but when eating it was obvious that some customers were turned away while others were greeted why not stay at a common goal?
Friendly staff gave excellent service. Food of a consistently high standard was well prepared with garlic, herbs, mozzarella Parmesan cheese. Enjoyed the Cappuccino with a small, delicious slice of chocolate blood orange tart with a seeded pastry base. This was a special tasty treat at the end of the menu. It made me feel more comfortable having a small portion less expensive bill than buying the usual dessert coffee separately. Like to go back for Italian food.
The restaurant is in a very good location. Fairly central and plenty of parking nearby. The restaurant looks very pleasant as you enter.We are shown to our table. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had starters and main course.The quality of the food was top class. Certainly would recommend this restaurant. Might be a good idea to book a table in advance.

My partner and I went on a date night and were unsure of what to order. We gave our waitress, Maddie, a few options and she chose our meals for us. It was a fun experience for us, and I believe for them as well. All the staff were incredibly polite and attractive. We had a fantastic time and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this place!
Outstanding food. Service was impeccable the waitress Annabelle was very busy gave outstanding customer service to every customer ensuring that every customer had an amazing experience at the restaurant. Annabelle is an absolute credit to your company along with the manager who I spoke to about the service. Highly recommended
Ask Italian is a nice roomy Italian restaurant and moderate pricing. When I visited it was during the middle of the week so was fairly quiet and quick service. Wait staff were good at making sure I had all I needed and the food came out with a decent pace and hot.
Nice restaurant and super friendly staff. Was fairly quiet for lunchtime when we had visited. The member of staff who served us was very polite and friendly. She made sure we were happy with our meal. Would visit again when next in the area.

Food is great as to be expected of any ASK Italian, the garlic cheese chips are fantastic, we had pizza which were both very nice. Our food came out incredibly quickly. Enjoyable lunch.
The best pizza ever!! Also the fresh pasta (pesto) is my favourite! This is one of the places where we are coming at least once when we are in Bournemouth. Nice and polite staff!
