first I would like to say that eating is excellent and definitely worth going. as others have said, it is expensive, but within each course we found three small dishes/aways of cooking the ingredients all very interesting and excellent....presentation was nice where some hard points must be, the service and the young servedeam is a certain direction to give, it was stressful to observe and experience. our table was reserved for 7.30 and it seemed like everyone else. we were the second table to take place. Excellent fine gastronomie frenchjaponese fusion. The location is not very good, not practice for parking, no possibilities to charge e.cars. The room is noisy would need a more cosy quiet place to enjoy the exquisite food explosion of french japonese fusion créations . Where the...local fish or beef meet and dispute the flavours came from Japan miso, shitake, soy marinades, matcha , yuzu . Fish dish accompanied with kind of pickles bit too salty .
we have tried a series of highly rated locations. assa impressed us most. kreatiw without exaggerating it. local ingredients used with large cooking techniques. friendly service with a good tempo. amazing wine list. very well done.
