The service is 10/10. Very friendly staff. We ordered four plates, the last one we had to cancel because we were full, and they accepted our request. The first plate was salmon avocado entrance. It was super delicious! The second one was provotella cheese. First time we tried it and we liked it. The truffle pasta was excellent although I am not used to tomato sauce with truffle. I give it 5/5. My wife 's review: I had an incredible experience at Astor restaurant in Madrid! The food was absolutely delicious, and my husband and I loved the salmon tartar and the truffle pasta we tried. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, and made our dining experience that much more enjoyable....
Man the service to this place was a gem. They checked up on us, changed out the plates and cutlery when they got too dirty, gave us little wet towelette packets to clean our hands and when I started hiccuping they gave me water. 10/10 experience and the attention to detail was wonderful. When we ordered our waitor did say that it may be too much food so we cancelled a dish and we are glad we did or else we wouldn't be able to finish. We had the croquettes which were amazing. They also gave us free potato croquettes before the meal. We ordered meatballs, the ribs, the pies, and homemade ice-cream and they were divine. The meatballs were a little bit on the salty side but still very delicious!...
We had an amazing dinner at Astor! We had the Char siu which was magnificent, sooo delicious. Along with tinto de verano and one of the cocktails Raquelita, which were yum! And for the main, we had the argentinian ribeye, again beautifully done! Overall a fantastic experience, with amazing and friendly staff I highly recommend the place!
Incredible service, an intimate atmosphere, a fun creative menu- and most importantly good food and cocktails. Everything was extremely flavorful and tasty- although the steak was a bit chewy (perhaps too much silverskin or sinew? regardless. A truly special dining experience. This place is outstanding! The wine, cocktails and food are all exceptional and the service is excellent. I have rarely experienced such amazing and friendly staff. The food is super tasty and the ‘off menu’ steak was recommended to me and it I was such a good choice. You won’t be disappointed going here. 10/10
One of the best meals that we enjoyed during our two weeks travel through Spain! The music and ambiance set the stage. The staff are passionate, the drinks are impeccably crafted and above all, the food was amazing! They made my husband's birthday super special. We will return on our next trip to Madrid.
Trust the reviews here this has been one of the best restaurants I have ever been to! Phenomenal food from start to finish, incredible service and an excellent wine list. I could go back every night and would never get tired of the food here. Definitely a MUST if you are in Madrid!
This restaurant was exceptional! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious it was almost like a culinary experience the flavors were authentic. I recommend as a starter you get the Iberian Ham and cheeses. Highly recommend, I can’t wait to visit again.
