In my case, I am delighted to eat the letter. you are greeted with an appetizer, in my case some chips with kimchi foam and paprika vera, spicy but to their extent. Then choose two dishes out of the menu, first a port full of tksangurro and second a deer loin, I can say nothing but amazing, flavor, textures, presentation and finish a rice with milk and mascarpone foam.
