This Atelier des Faures is the younger brother of the one on Rue des Faures ( hence the name). There is everything that had ensured the success of the first: impeccable service, a constant search for the unexpected harmony of flavors (ah! the marvellous chord of veal/eel smoke) and a map of the wines intelligently composed. One of the best addresses in Bordeaux, located, which does not ruin anything, in the heart of the historic district of the city. Bravo to the whole team
Divin! A real heartfelt blow for this kitchen that sweats boldness and talent. We took the 4-stroke menu at the blind. Nice discovery of flavors with dishes that would not have been the subject of our first intention. It was the second time we had dinner in this restaurant... it's definitely anchored in our top 5 Bordeaux gastronomic tables! Probably the one that offers the best value for money

Very good restaurant in the center of bordeaux, next to the place pey berland and in front of the court. The menu usually changes every week and the dishes are good with good products and well prepared. The service is very nice, the decor is OK. I strongly recommend this restaurant. Disappointed. Too much waiting between the dishes... 1h between the 1st and 2nd dish... the dishes were good... quite fine... a little frugal yet malgres a 5-course formula ...
