I would fly back to Bilbao just to experience this culinary art and visual sensations again. This is where gastronomy meets art. From the projected menu, table-side preparation, to 3D goggles, every dish was well orchestrated and carefully presented. The 14-course Chef Plus menu is the best choice and it was a mind-blowing 3-hour journey. I have been to several 3 and 2 stars Michelin Star restaurants around the world, and this one-star establishment gave me more excitement and surprises than some more famous ones. This is the only Michelin star restaurant that I have been to where you get to see the chef several times throughout the dinner. Their seafood dishes were the best ones I have ever...
Love how the vast majority of the dishes are seafood. The chef took the dining experience in a different level using projectors and 3D. The course of each seafood was highlighted perfectly without taking away too much of its original flavor. Not to mention being able to interact with the chef and love that he came to our table to showcase his dishes made me remembered the experience even more. The service was also spectacular, the servers were able to speak English and communicated fluidly with us.
Extanoble was the perfect place to experience the passion and flavors of basque region. The desert experience was out of this world, every wine was paired perfectly. The music could have been softer, but I didn’t find it bothersome. If you are looking for a terrific dinner experience in Bilbao, highly recommend a visit.
This was my first Michelin star restaurant and I wasn't disappointed. We were debating between ala carte and the chef's menu an they convinced us to take the chef's menu and I am so glad we did. The food is just phenomenal. I have never tested squid so good and the shrimps were softer than butter!!!

what an amazing experience this Monday we were there. not too many guests and perfect service. eating was excellent, with beautiful personal and Basque influences in taste. large accompanied weine and visit the cook itself. not to complain. many thanks for this unforgettable night.
A great dining experience. The food was fantastic and exciting and the service was first class. I would definitely return on another trip to Bilbao. The only thing I would challenge would be the volume of the background music which was too intrusive but was reduced when requested.
Møre than a Food experience! Very tastefully next level menu ! Combined with excellent wines . Good price quality level . They deserve 2 Michelin stars !!
