We arrived and chose the 14 course tasting menu. Ambience in the restaurant was perfect and the service matched. I tasted dishes I never thought I would enjoy and had no complaints, the chef/owner came to finish a couple of dishes at the table which was a lovely touch and each dish was described perfectly by our server along with a projector screen view of each description on our table so we were able to see what each course was as it arrived. The dessert experience blew me away, so many flavours and an experience so unique it's hard to explain. Chef Fernando has a very special place here, highly recommend. Top class on all levels.
Love how the vast majority of the dishes are seafood. The chef took the dining experience in a different level using projectors and 3D. The course of each seafood was highlighted perfectly without taking away too much of its original flavor. Not to mention being able to interact with the chef and love that he came to our table to showcase his dishes made me remembered the experience even more. The service was also spectacular, the servers were able to speak English and communicated fluidly with us.
Extanoble was the perfect place to experience the passion and flavors of basque region. The desert experience was out of this world, every wine was paired perfectly. The music could have been softer, but I didn’t find it bothersome. If you are looking for a terrific dinner experience in Bilbao, highly recommend a visit.
what an amazing experience this Monday we were there. not too many guests and perfect service. eating was excellent, with beautiful personal and Basque influences in taste. large accompanied weine and visit the cook itself. not to complain. many thanks for this unforgettable night. The service was second to none and the owner was superb. Great dining experience. The food was exceptional and the chef used the mixture of different favors to perfection. To finish this excellent experience the deserts espectaculares . Thump up for the chef and service in general.
A great dining experience. The food was fantastic and exciting and the service was first class. I would definitely return on another trip to Bilbao. The only thing I would challenge would be the volume of the background music which was too intrusive but was reduced when requested.
Honestly. we were a little disappointed. food was nice, passionate cook, preparation of some dishes on our table, very nice. service was poor. no warm welcome to leave the restaurant with all staff. at dinner there was no nice atmosphere. wee were nice too.

Møre than a Food experience! Very tastefully next level menu ! Combined with excellent wines . Good price quality level . They deserve 2 Michelin stars !!
