Excellentissime !!! Je n’ai pas d’autres mots pour décrire ce moment de pur délice. Les raviolis, pâte de blé maison, les aubergines et des plats savoureux pimentés ou pas selon les goûts de chacun, du bonheur dans le plat. Réservez c’est plus prudent sinon il faudra revenir plus tard en soirée. Je conseille également « subterfuge » un peu plus loin qui propose de délicieux cocktails en attendant de revenir à l’Atelier Mala pour vous régaler. Bonne adresse dans le 9ème pour manger chinois et notamment sichuanais. Possibilité de graduer le piment selon ses envies. Les seuls points négatifs sont la taille des portions (raviolis/nouilles), petite par rapport à la concurrence et les boissons qui n’étaient pas très fraiches, sans glaçons possibles. Restaurant vite bruyant après 20h. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée dans ce restaurant. Le service est impeccable. En revanche, la salle se remplit vite et donc il y a beaucoup de bruit. Les raviolis mala, les nouilles dan dan et le dessert tang yuan sont excellents. J’ai pris niveau 4 (pimenté et c’était parfait pour moi (mais je supporte assez bien le piment .
