We made reservations for Christmas Eve since our family had changed our usual annual Christmas plans. The staff was so courteous and nice and very attentive to us. The food was excellent as it always is , and we love the vintage atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend the Fried Chicken as well as the excellent wings and calamari appetizers. We also treated ourselves to the Apple Cobbler and Chocolate Brownie desserts. Both were delicious. I have never been disappointed at Atkins Park on Highland! If you haven't been there, put it on your list of restaurants to try.
Friendly staff, casual but classy environment, amazing food that can accommodate a blowout budget or a frugal night out. My date and I shared a fantastic meal for two and it only ran $25, and there was more food than we could finish. Really versatile and delicious menu, and honestly their basic house burger is among the best I've ever had. Only thing to keep in mind before visiting is that parking can be tough to find at times, but that is just a notice, not a demerit. Absolutely returning for more soon.
on a holiday and. server clearly didn't want to be there. okay, that happened. Eat comes out and fries are lukewarm and hard probably back from an old friier basket. So we're asking for more. while we wait, we move to the escape we share. it was rough and visibly understated, and since the escape was divided, the sandwich was halved in the kitchen, as not really sure how this mistake was not caught before the service. my wife took an inconspicuous bite and had to spit her out, it was so bad.
Went here for Christmas dinner with my husband, the food was meh, definitely not worth $30 a plate. But seeing as it was Christmas, I understand the upcharge. Wine selection was terrible. I've always enjoyed Atkins brunches, so I learned my lesson and will just stick with that.

The food was very good and creative brunch options. Coffee was decent as well. Service was alright. Definitely want to try more items on the brunch menu and would go back for dinner. I recommend the chicken and pancake sandwich
The service was great, the food not so much. Then we moved into the bar area to meet up w/some friends. They allow smoking in the bar, it was so disgusting gross we were horrified smelled like an ashtray when we left.
Very cool local spot we stumbled on. We had their thanksgiving dinner special. Loved the charm and overall experience.
Great menu! Everything we ordered was incredible! The smoked wings were amazing!
