Wanted to share how the employee working today was watching her phone the entire time she was sitting there “working”I greeted her and she ignored me. I’ll admit that delta should consider the employees who are in their concourses cause I’ll be sure never fly though there again. Yes it’s busy but that’s all the more reason to have better customer service. Very disappointed with the entire experience at ATL. Gross bathrooms in the airport.Gross lav services on the plane. Bacteria clearly growing. It’s not just the fact that this kiosk is in deltas concourse but this restaurant should also take notes because their employee clearly has no people skills. Must be nice to sit and watch your phone...
I ordered a sandwich at the Atlanta airport, two people who don't want to work served me, they had about 5 orders, they forgot my sandwich when I asked them to cancel my sandwich, they prepared it for me and told me that they couldn't cancel it for those 5 orders. More customers came and they told them to leave, they didn't take any more orders, the sandwich, of course, I didn't take it and they didn't give me my money back either. I asked for the complaint book and they didn't give it to me properly, the supervisor wasn't there, it's not a place to recommend.
I recently ordered take-out, Chicken Waldorf sandwich, from Atlanta bread&bar, and I was disappointed with my sandwich. Unfortunately, it was quite off-putting.I believe in giving feedback to help improve the overall dining experience, even with take-out orders. I hope the restaurant takes this as an opportunity to enhance their food quality and packaging for take-out customers. While the staff was friendly during the order pickup, the sandwich experience left much to be desired.
The place is absolutely disgusting while all of the employees sit around, eat five guys that they got for free from the restaurant next door, sit in the lobby, and ignore customers manager included. How embarrassing that people fly in from other states…other countries! ..to see and be treated like that. Great first impression of Georgia. ?

The staff was very unprofessional. They were arguing with each other, openly complaining about having to serve customers, and they forgot to call out my order. Additionally, they were coughing and talking while making my sandwich, and they also missed part of my order. I would recommend avoiding this place completely.
This charming little bread shop is a hidden gem! Terminal E was quite chaotic when it came to food options, so I made my way over to Terminal F, where I discovered a peaceful food area with plenty of choices and no lines. It's worth taking some time to explore!
