Egg-cellent selection of Benny for the breakfast/brunch crowd, and typically not too busy (until lunch). The fresh pressed juice and great atmosphere were a wonderful welcome to Courtaney. The whole experience was so good, we went back again the next day! Crab Benny and Atlas Benny, with an extra egg, were the perfect start to a comfortable stay before continuing on our travels. Worth a visit if you are in the area; short term, or, a great spot to make your regular hangout. Staff; David, Cathleen and JP, all gave great personable service.
Honestly, The Atlas is one of the best places in the Comox Valley. Great menu, great staff, and the food is consistently amazing. Coming from the US, I only get a chance to visit once year or so, but it is always on my list of places to go when I'm in Courtenay. I can't recommend it enough.
I've never had a bad, or even mediocre meal here. I live on the mainland, and make a point of visiting The Atlas every time I am in Courtenay. Delicious food, great staff, and good prices. I think I'm still full from the enchiladas I had last week!

My girlfriend and I stopped here for lunch. The server was very knowledgeable of the menu. Fast service, great food and an enjoyable atmosphere. What a pleasure to eat here.
Loved it. Menu and food prep was unique and Ivan our server was awesome. Great selection of BC wines. Was totally impressed as someone visiting from Toronto
Delicious food, great atmosphere, and kind staff. Quality food that is also nutritious! Lots of vegetarian and vegan options as well which is a bonus.
