I want to place a complaint against one of the guys in entrance in North Ryde RSL, his name is Dale. I went there at 11:10am today, i did not have my driver’s licence on me but my passport, they said i could not enter...with my passport. To do all the check ins it was already 1130am, So i told my friend to go up and watch the UFC match (as we thought it was from 11am to 1145) and we had 15 mins left so we could wait outside. I was sitting on the sofa wearing the mask, in 3 mins or less, the staff named “Dale” came and said “How long are you going to be here?” I said “20mins”. Despite these issues, my 450g T-bone steak was cooked nicely, though it had a bit too much gristle for the premium price. The serving of chips was generous and the mushroom sauce had many genuine mushroom pieces, which was delicious. However, a side salad would have been a nice addition, and the option of sweet potato chips listed on the menu would have been appreciated.
Prices have increased and though members receive a 10% discount on displayed prices, the ClevaQ system does not recognize this. Overall, the dining experience was enjoyable, but improvements are needed in terms of pricing and the ClevaQ system before it can be more convenient than ordering at the cash register.
because I'm a member here, I really want to like the restaurants, but every time we go, we always feel disappointed. the menu sounds great, but it is a bit expensive for what they get for a local club. it is not just eating, though. in the last months we were already a few times in the waterview restaurant and the staff is very free, they older people who take the orders a bit on the rude side and is not very helpful at all. the bar employees do not seem to know what they do and the coffee is always cold. the menu in marble cafe below is boring, but should be updated soon, so I think we will wait and see how that is.
This place was incredibly expensive for an RSL. The atmosphere was hurried and the staff were sparse and in a rush to go nowhere really. The food was yuck. I asked for a medium rare steak and got blue. It’s not that hard people. It...was a horrible looking steak as well. Stay away people.

This restaurant has a typical club bistro atmosphere. The food is good to very good, as you would expect from a higher-end club. The staff at the bistro is excellent! It's a lovely place to gather, with a nice view from the windows, but don't expect any exceptional culinary experiences.
This place has plenty of parking, a large gaming area, bars, large screen TV's, a souvenir shop and a cafe on the ground floor with a restaurant, bistro and function rooms on the upper floors. I especially like the Atrium Brasserie (aka Riverview Bistro) for a hearty meal
We have been regular diners at Wings for a few years, and have never had a bad dining experience. The food is always great, and the servings are always generous. Cannot fault the freshness of the meals served, and it is great for couples or...family groups.
I paid 25 dollars fir fish i expect it to be served on the plate. Not with red and white check paper underneath it. Im not a child. Presentation is key. Paper went soggy. Not nice. Meal lovely though.

don't eat when you like to eat fried food. I had a steak-sand that was absolutely bland, tasteless and soggy...YUK!
Vastly improved menu providing a good selection of Australisian cuisine. The service was quite good and prices low.
