We stayed in the hotel, we wanted to grab quick dinner in the hotel restaurant. The waitress said that we didn’t make reservation and they are closed, we’ve seen big tables and asked about that she said they have group reservations, then she changed her statements and said they are open but the kitchen is closed for hotel guests. Then she said she will ask the kitchen whether they can cook for us as well and came back and said “ chicken nuggets” as only option, she was very unfriendly and did everything not to serve us, as a result we left.
We spent one night in the lodge in connection with a wedding celebration. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom is quite newly renovated and beautiful. The breakfast had a large selection and as soon as something was empty, it was quickly refilled. What was unfortunate was that a group of younger people were above us and were not considerate after midnight. It wasn't comfortably quiet at breakfast either, the dining room was very full.
Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer Gebucht und das Zimmer Nr.2 erhalten. Ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie so ein kleines Zimmer als Doppelzimmer erhalten.Hasenstall Käfighaltung,schlimmer gehts nimmer.Nach Aussage der Reception gut bestückte Minibar 4 Getränke Wasser Cola Bier und Prosecco auch das minimal!!.Bad ist neu und schön.Wir werden nie mehr in dieses Hotel kommen.Als Schweizer stimmt mich das traurig.
Schön gestaltete Lodge im Chalet Style. Parkplätze genügend vor dem Hause vorhanden. Kleine aber durchaus leckere Cremeschnitten haben sie im Angebot. Cappuccino trinkbar. Ich denke beim einem Grossansturm auf die Piste wird es im Restaurant eng, nein sehr eng.
The worst experience of staying in the “hotel” in Switzerland. People are rude, the concept of hospitality is 0! We ran away from there with the feeling like never come back .. though nature is beautiful around that creepy place .
Delicious morning buffet, very attentive and friendly staff, great leisure activities...basically for Kimder. But also very attractive for teenagers (toboggan run, climbing park). Magical hiking trails
Charging 10 CHF for 1.5 liters of Valser water is not only usury but an impudence! The location is easy to reach by car, so the price cannot be justified with effort. Best to avoid.
Hervorragendes Wildmenue, kann ich sehr empfehlen: Kürbiskernsuppe Nüsslisalat Gamspfeffer Baileys mit Glace. Ein Ausflug lohnt sich :
