Jolie petite ville que Sélestat et ravis de trouver une taverne de qualité ou plutôt winstub dans la pure tradition alsacienne avec une très belle devanture décorée de fresques sur le marché aux choux. Ici on sait pourquoi l’on vient, c’est avant tout l’assurance de trouver une superbe cuisine locale mais aussi des suggestions du jour qui sont même présentées sur une ardoise extérieure. Un intérieur avec un chaleureux décors de bois, une table bistrotière à l’entrée pour prendre un verre mais à laquelle l’on peut aussi manger et une charmante petite salle avec des tables joliment dressées. Es war eigentlich alles gegeben, dass es ein perfekter Abend werden könnte. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, die Kochmützen hängen wie Orden am Tresen. Wir wählten das Menü, Abwandlungen und Austausch der Vorspeisen waren kein Problem, die Bedienung war sehr fleißig, aber für das ganze Restaurant einfach ein bisschen überfordert! Die Speisen waren Klasse, der Wein und der Cremant so lecker, dass wir nachbestellen wollten. Das nächste Glas kam und schmeckte total nach Kork. No Probleme, das kann passieren. Great little restaurant! We stopped by and were seated without reservation by the most friendly waiter. The food is also a nice surprise, for the day menu of 20€ they have a high-end standard meals!
