We had agreed for a buffet of 30 people (without meat) for my thesis support. When I arrived in the room, I was ashamed. Only one salad bowl for everyone. I didn't eat, my wife didn't eat, my mother didn't eat. There was enough to feed a dozen small mouths at most. I want to make it clear that they never offered me to pay more to increase the amount. Enter, dish or dessert, we enjoyed it. A salad composed of deliciously seasoned seasons, vegetables and a fish perfectly cooked and blending very well together and a delicious homemade chocolate mousse. It's a great discovery, thank you for your treat.
For a meeting, I ordered meals that were excellent. The approach is more interesting, organically processed products on site, bicycle delivery and biodegradable dishes. A very interesting and very good catererer.
