I've used TripAdvisor for a couple of years and found it to be a useful tool. However this is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review.The service is this establishment is extremely slow - you have to chase them if you want to order drinks/ ask for menus/ order food/ pay the bill. I cam here with my mother, aunt and uncle and we found the food to be mediocre, bland and just about edible. Worse than that the food gave my uncle and I upset stomachs (I had steak, my uncle had a burger), which wasn't very pleasant the next day!For English-speaking tourists a warning: there's a QR code on the back of their menus which purportedly takes you to their England language menu when you scan...
We visited the Arras area as part of a tour and a group of us decided to enter this pub for some fast food and drink. To tell the truth my mates chose it as I photographing the area and they said come to this pub.The atmosphere was traditionally pub like and the service was adequate. There was a feeling of conflict with the place feeling somewhat English and then French but hey it was just place to refresh. The food was average with nothing to write home about but if you are looking for something special you don't go into an English pub in France, right. This seems to be a Pubco type place with a busy bar downstairs and restaurant upstairs. There is seating outside as well as 2 levels inside. We were a small group but they found su seating straight away. Good friendly staff and good service. The waiters took the order fairly quickly and food arrived quickly. I don't know what it is with some people as a few words of the local lingo goes a hell of a long way. The food was adequate and simple, but did remind me of a gastro pub menu. The décor was different too with old photos al around. Good value for money - nice place.
Another chain restaurant, but very welcoming with a good range of beer and food at reasonable prices, particularly given its excellent location. Nice menu with something for everybody including local specialities like Flammenkirsh and savoury cheese dishes.

Casual, pub atmosphere, food surpassed expectations. Good selection, good value for money. Great location on the main square, would recommend the steak à cheval, they cook for the English, i.e., a medium is more medium to well.
Service very quick it's more of a chain type food but all of a good quality Managed to drink a beer tower Location is central and staff spoke good English Overall good value for money and we came out feeling full
Centrally located, good salads, very generous portions but service quality spotty. Ask for a table up and watch the crowds go by!
Well located on place des heros. Just a pub with pub grub - burgers etc. Nothing special but nothing wrong with it .

Much better than that of a calais. good food, good selection of beers. Free wifi. It's worth a visit.
It is an ideal place to eat in front of the beautifully restored city hotel.
