The worst Tartare du Saumon in my life, not fresh, the taste was awful. Feedback was given and the server took the plate away. They came back and said the salmon is fresh. This is not the worst but the way they handled it. We were charged the full price without an apology. When we approach them about it, a well english spoken server acted as if he dont understand us in full avoidance. Also, we had a baby stroller and we were not able to go upstairs. The staff at the door was super impolite and said serving is upstairs, finally recommended ground floor seat with no waitress attending us until we checked.
Nous avons mangé en juillet au Bureau, nous étions une quinzaine et avons été déçus de certains plats notamment le poulet des fajitas qui était luisant et pas bon. Mais surtout nous avons mangé pour addition supérieure à 700€, une erreur a été faite sur les digestifs et ils ont été repris pour être probablement jetés sans aucun geste commerçant. Nous venons pourtant régulièrement c'est bien dommage de ne pas savoir remercier ses clients.
Old salad not fresh , pre-toasted sandwich and prepared at least 1 day in advance, hot water and almost catastrophic service waiting 15 minutes for ice cubes and they change the dish for the same dish! no longer want to eat … , LACK OF STAFF “EN THIS SAISON”, when I ask i'ts wrote “spicy” in menu but it's ABSOLUTLY not spicy, she answers me: “I know, but it's “just” wrote!….
we had the burgers, the classic. very tasty, but I have a tiny complain, the patty should be done medium, but it was not, it was more done in direction well on some of the burgers. Anyway, it was really super delicious eve so. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
so many good option! I took a hamburger. it was just amazing! and the fries and the desert. the piña colada was also really good. I'll get it.
Very good food, great staff and great atmosphere we only speak English and the waiters were very good in communicating with us.
Even after hearing it is a franchise of one of my favourites to eat in france, many opinions have not been taken wrong so far.
