Un nouveau pâtissier chocolatier tient l'établissement depuis début mars 2017. Ce sont donc ses productions que j'ai testées. La pâtisserie Cadre Noire est extra tout comme son Paris Brest. Ses chocolats au pralinés méritent le détour. Très concrètement c'est bien au dessus de son collègue situé plus tôt dans la rue, que j'ai testé aussi. Mérite le détour !
