I only tasted pastries although they make tea room and offer other products. On the pastries I can just tell you they're great! Strawberry and raspberry pies with real tasty fruit, a light pastry cream not too sweet, everything is well balanced in taste and presentation is exemplary. I recommend you to pass and taste some of these delicacies.
My wife and I are real lovers of lightning and chocolate nuns .... those of the patisserie the blue cart are the best we have ever tasted, the cabbage is slightly crispy and the cream is extraordinary Thank you do not change anything.... to crown everything, the boss is super nice MERCI MERCI MERCI MERCI Alexandre
For our wedding in June, we chose to entrust the meal to the Blue Chardon. Known since childhood as pastry at the top in Salon, I discovered the caterererer who made unanimous with our guests for the quality of his small ovens, dishes and service. The piece climbed was very successful!
