Very good pizzeria with a superb concept of charcoal pizza paste, warm welcome. This famous charcoal paste gives a very light and crispy side to pizza, a good smoky taste and make sure of its famous black color very original: all this accompanied by a filling with the choice of ingredients of good quality! We'll be back.
From far the best pizzeria on Fontainebleau and around. Pizzas are good, generous. The recipes are varied and interesting not to mention the dough which is delicious (the special lion for Charbon). Nice team! I highly recommend!
It is good and original, black or white flour version, for all tastes.... Pizzas are a little expensive, but which establishment is not in the centre of Fontainebleau? The service is friendly, which doesn't ruin anything.
