Au Cygne - Tisch resevieren

Nous sommes allés manger de la tarte flambée dans ce restaurant. la première était brûlée, la pâte noire avec un coup affreux de brûlé, on a pensé que c'était une erreur...mais toutes les tartes flambées étaient brûlées. Mauvais au niveau du goût mais cancérigène en plus. Le personnel est gentil mais totalement dépassé et nous les avons vu courir dans tous les sens sans se préoccuper des clients et avons attendu desserts et café pendant plus d'une demie heure. Pour la touche finale, le patron vient voir certains clients pour leur demander si tout se passe bien mais il ignore une bonne moitié du resto...Pas cool. Bref à éviter car c'est juste affreux!

On n’est bien évidemment pas à Gundershoffen où son homologue embrassait les deux étoiles au Michelin, mais ce cygne-là présente lui aussi, dans une catégorie plus modeste, des signes très positifs. Pour notre menu du jour à 11,50 euros : buffet de 7 ou 8 salades fraiches et sincèrement bien composées, charcuteries diverses et généreuses, poisson, puis le choix entre deux plats (une viande/un poisson) tout à fait corrects. Le personnel est souriant et très avenant. Une adresse à cygnaler.

We went to eat dinner. But we waited very. Rey long time to services. Our daughter was very hungry and we were really angry because people who are make servings doesn’t care for us. also meals didn’t good. This year they changed something but before...this their foods we’re really good. We think that they changed their chef.

We tried to eat here but they would not serve us outside, even though they had tables outside and we reminded them that the risk of transmission is much less outdoors. Not impressed and quite irresponsible.

The place has quite some nice dishes but is understaffed and that makes it not the experience you might expect. They some nice local dishes, which are prepared well.

Very good choice on the menu whether for local cuisine or standard fare. Better book the restaurant in advance, it is very popular.
