we are partners of Parisian restaurant that came in September and a registered tourist agent. we leave this comment after our arrival in the brewery "the muge strasbourg beginning January same boss. that we put a very negative comment on. We put the cross for the service of high quality and the kitchen of the christel or estel waitress who served us under the cold in the afternoon despite no cook (less of the world certainly) as she told us. With her cooking training, she gave us our taste buds. ein schönes kleines resto mit Blick auf die kranken, Fabrikhäuser und unter einer der einladendsten platan strassburgs. das Gastro ist ausschließlich außen. der persönliche ist unglaublich höflich und nett. die Stücke der Piling werden empfohlen, als Desserts die Käseplatte oder für die Kisten des Schokoladenkuchens und die Kugel des Eies mit würzigen-traminer-trester. zum Hauptkurs eine würzige und den Marc de garrztraminer oder cognac zu verwürzen. es ist geerdet und nicht eine aufgewachsene Küche, aber wir wollten oder erwartet. wir fühlten uns wirklich sehr wohl und gut gelöst und waren dort während unseres Aufenthalts. wir werden gerne wiederkommen. merci beaucoup!
Small restaurant well located in a slightly less touristy area of the city. Order taking and fast service. Pleasant welcome. Small menu with good dishes, generous sauce. A restaurant that I recommend. Clarification: visit made at the end of October and in gloomy weather, to see if the same boxes are checked during the big days
I can't understand all these negative reviews. Perhaps there are several different chefs in this establishment.. I found the tartes flambées incredible, especially the apple and cinnamon one!
