The dough is soft, light and well-alveolate. The ingredients are fresh. Pizza is prepared with love, you feel the search for taste. My husband loves the cream version of pistachio and his crushed pistachios enhanced with smoked chicken. I like the fig/chèvre version and many more... Indeed, some may be a bit fat because of the pesto, ask to remove it. Don't trust the local, taste is there. From a demanding person:
