family lunch (6 adults) on this holiday Friday, after booking. you already need some motivation to find the establishment and in addition tripadvisor the class on metz! 4 people at 1:00, not to say, we'll be quiet. the place is actually nice and clean. Let's start with the least: the (too) many ruptures: before the order is taken, we are told "no foie gras". No more castle of vaux, no black pinot burgundy either. and dessert, bah there will be no mellow chocolate... it's not our day, promised, we didn't do it on purpose. and following our remarks, response from the (sharming to the rest) waitress: "we were not delivered." muai. otherwise, indeed, generous dishes, presentation worked, tastefu...
a small weekly outing in a restaurant or in the corner where you can eat well for an affordable price, our budget to my wife and me being limited. This time, our choice was on the "golden gurmet" and its daily dish to 10 euros. the entrance and the dish were good but the dessert very, too expensive to my taste. I ordered a greedy coffee (at the rate of 7,50 euros) composed of a small bunch of reason, half of a mandarin half covered with liquid chocolate and a small mistled cream, when I remark to the manager, the only thing she finds to answer me: we are very fruit and vegetables at home! In this case, you can offer a fruit salad but not a gourmet coffee that has no food but the name.Concerning the service, apparently the smile and the friendliness are optional, which I find even more unacceptable since it was the manager. I've known this restaurant for several months and I've always had a very good time. if sometimes the service is long it is simply that sometimes the cook is obliged to do the service in the room. staff do not always notify in time in case of absence and find someone in such a short time (especially in restoration) is impossible! The dishes are hearty, well presented and I have never been disappointed, neither are my friends! We'll go back there regularly!

Besides the friendly setting, the kitchen is very disappointing. the marine mussels that I ordered only bore the name of them: a caquelon filled with a caramel brown cream to which was mixed with mussels without their shells (sign of an industrial dish). I'm on the fries. The dishes of other guests at my table were hardly more engaging.Very expensive for a poor quality.
arrived at 12:30 p.m., we only went out at 2:30 p.m. for two dishes served (main plate and dessert) while we were only 8 people in the room. the waiting time between each dish is a little too long for my taste. Otherwise, the quality was at the rendezvous.
nice little restaurant! service and reception at the top! We eat really well, the dishes are very copied, the belly is well filled! I recommend this restaurant!
