We were 3 adults, we waited for more than 1 hour to be served. 1 Cesar salad, then 2 tartars served 30 minutes later. surprise during the tasting of tartare, a strange taste: we try to know what it is, we are answered as an evidence that there is cognac in tartare (not common you will admit it, and not advertised on the map). It was the boss who took our order, she never specified this detail, and rejected all the fault on the young servers while she took the command. I came here on my way to italia. The surrounding area is a little demodized, but otherwise it goes. Very popular restaurant with mainly locals. meat (short) was good, prices not too high. gray pinot accompanied, very good.
