We went to eat there on a Saturday night and the restaurant had a big tab. So (at least we put this on this fact) we waited for more than half an hour before a card was given to us (while it was one of the waitress who installed us) and it was necessary for my friend to go and claim! What's a bit annoying is that two tables arrived after us had the cards before ... at the level of service it also took a certain time.
