a great little restaurant that supports the local economy. some might think that the menu is somewhat limited, but that is because the cook uses only fresh seasonal ingredients, locally (I went to the chef next morning to buy at the market.) The...Koch visited (all) the tables at the end of the meal and explained to us his philosophy about the partnership with all its suppliers, which is admirable. there are 3 to 4 options for Starter/mains/Desserts. we were a party of 4 so were in the position, almost the entire menu and everything was great. fish, meat, vegetarian, something for all and well cooked. we went back a week later and it was still so good. Top brands!
the most intimate and unforgettable night of our 15 days in france. the chef and his wife run a very small restaurant where all attention goes into the smallest details of the experience. eating, presentation, communication, drinks, the atmosphere all impeccable. they would be very happy to have this experience. it really deserves 2 michelin stars as it was better than the 1 stars we visited. So they go now before the word spread and reservations become too difficult. many thanks for a festival of sinne! and the time to write down all wein pairs! the divorced qualities were heavenly. many thanks for a very special night.
we had lunch and everything was perfect! from the appetizer (sintered fresh foie grass) to the cheese plate, with an excellent duck fillet in between, everything was carefully prepared, perfectly cooked and very tasty. we ordered a bottle as the...sommelier suggested to take the bottle home after lunch, as we were only two of us and did not want to drink the whole bottle. if you add the perfect service and the gentleness of the personal, you will get a truly winning combination. I will not be surprised that Ichelin will give them their one-star price. - to the team!
