more terrible service we have shocked over the service of the young lady who works there. we will never go there again. from the beginning she came very angry and aggressive at our table and asked what we wanted to drink. the first impression. angry, we felt uncomfortable. to the luck that was eating was good, but when we came to the last court to order desert, she asked us if I wanted my coffee at the same time with the lemon cake. I said in normal and beautiful wise « yes please ». then she said that "real, no, I will not come with the coffee at the same time. it's too complicated. the coffee is served after the desert » she did not want to bring us this one cup coffee, although there were...
Visited twice during our one week stay in Samoëns. Absolutely delicious food. We had the Tartiflette with Cepes, slow cooked lamb and slow cooked pork. All were delicious and beautifully presented. Children’s choice is either ham and chips or an extra plate to share parents...food our daughter thoroughly enjoyed both. The owners are incredibly friendly and speak some English but appreciated our efforts at French. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant and hope to visit again next year.
this is really a great restaurant. we had luck getting the last table an evening and loved every minute of it. eating was lovingly prepared and was very well presented almost too well to eat! the playpate with smoked duck and the laughter were great. the lamb was perfectly served as the tartiflette. they have a three-course dinner or they can go a la carte. we both did in the two nights. a wonderful choice of appetizers, net and pudding to die. good local savoie wines and excellent service.
We revisited after a gap of over one year and 3 years since our previous review. We were not disappointed. The menu has changed no steaks available now but the pave d'agneau was superb. Coupled with a friendly welcome, quiet efficient service and...great value, it was a meal to remember!

We ate here twice 3 years ago, and then have just been again on 1st Jan on our last night before returning home. Yummy fondue and efficient service. Yummy sundaes also. It seems a place the locals go to, it gets very busy so best...to book.
We had a great family experience in this local restaurant. Most friendly staff and good service. The 3 course menu is great value with good local taste. Proper wine choice to accompany the food. Lovely! We will be back.
Nice restaurant. clean. agreeable environment. great attentive service. good value lunch menu. cakes eas excellent as was tea home made quiche and veggie salad.
