Tonight my girlfriend and I came to this restaurant and we took a little bit of a misplaced waitress. I quote “go and put that phone aside” as it did not in any case embarrass the layout of the dish she brought back. Then after that we were served (not well served but privileged quantity to quality which is very bad) and came the hour or the same waitress discarded and she allowed us to wonder if the meals were not good because we had not finished. What I find very moved from someone who is supposed to be professional and have a good contact with customers. Finally, I do not write this review to denigrate the sign but just to pass a message.
Regular guests of the restaurant in the Sun, we have almost never been disappointed with the meals consumed, apart from the pizza that is more than meticulous. On the other hand, the boss is still and always hyper antipathic and has still not understood that it is the customers who make her live and not the reverse. It is for this reason, and in the hope that she reads this criticism so that she will question once and for all, that I post this message and put the average note. Hope she understands...
Being a long-standing guest at the restaurant in the sun, I am again disappointed with the behavior of the boss who is very unpleasant and makes remarks very moved behind his counter! Lili stayed in his place not to scratch your parquet floor The dishes are very good, we eat very well! Waiters, waiters are nice.
Restaurant friendly, however waiting is the weak point of it. More than 40 minutes waiting for the aperitif and more than an hour for the meal. Pizzas are excellent but the torched pie lacks taste. Prices are affordable. Good Alsatian restaurant!
Very good and hearty. Great restaurant, so necessarily noisy. On the other hand, you don't have to be in a hurry... a lot of waiting before being served. Not very kind boss I'll return to it all the same because very good meals
A superb atmosphere thanks to a friendly and quality staff. Particular mention to Lili and Vicky for their professionalism. Thanks also to the boss who misses the boss's tour, at least lent us an umbrella. See you soon.
Flamed pies are excellent and copyy, our favourites in the area! We've been coming for many years. Very good value quality price. Special mention for the good mood and reception quality of Lili.
Tartes flambées trop grassy to my taste, especially gratinées and munster. Correct table service but no heat that makes you want to come back from the probable boss
Friendly staff. The dishes are good and hearty. Waiting but the restaurant was full so it's normal. Good Alsatian restaurant with more than affordable rates.
