À mon sens le meilleur restaurant de la vallée Les sauces sont extraordinaires. Les plats excellents et copieux. Le chef est un spécialiste du poisson mais ses viandes sont également divines. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Au déjeuner le chef propose une formule à 15 euros comprenant entrée et plat. Nous avons déjeuné et dîner au soleil d or pendant une semaine. Nous avons goûté à toute la carte. Tout les mets nous ont enchantés. Sa soupe est goutue. La sole est remarquable. La choucroute est délicieuse et extrêmement copieuse pour 17 euros.
