it is a brewery style place to eat, no elaborate table settings but with various menu options as well as "à la carte" choices. one of us had the local menu, with a chicken substitute acceptable for one of the main dishes that was no longer available, and one of us had the following menu, because it offered more choice. This included a local speciality in main dish, potjevleesch, a slightly marinated cold meat dish served with fries, which was apparently delicious! the entrances and desserts were good and we drank local beer at the pressure.
I went there because it was one of the few open restaurants. I eat with my girlfriend the "Flemish Carbonade" which was not very good and the "plat of the day:" fried meat with pasta not terrible. all the dishes were decorated in the same way: paprika! Very creative. I wouldn't advise this restaurant to my friends, but maybe that day the chef wasn't in a good mood.
we have all four enjoyed our varied meals and found good quality. It was a very quiet night so there was no atmosphere unfortunately but the owner came at the end of the meal to make sure that we appreciate it and discussed it (in French)! Not cheap!
It's a great place to eat, we were in the hotel and we didn't want to go far. The menu here checked all the boxes. the entire menu on the map, with one exception, was available as a reasonably fixed price menu. food was delicious and served quickly.

attentive staff, good food, excellent wine, friendly atmosphere. I'd recommend this place. It was a relaxing place by a cold night. I have nothing to blame him! Just go!
charming restaurant with good local dishes. The menu is not copyy, but everything is good. it is open for lunch, which is particularly advantageous.
