we were not in the hotel, but had dinner in the restaurant. we ordered carte blanche pour guillaume, which meant that we had no idea that we were getting. bt the surprise could not be better. eating was exquisite, fresh, with local ingredients....The presentation was beautiful! we had a dish that looked like an eleven little flower garden. great location, friendly staff and delicious food for a very cheap price!
we have recommended this place to some friends from us at the weekend and they were thrilled. it was a special occasion and they wanted to celebrate it together with their family members. they were not disappointed, quite in the opposite! each of the 7...courses proposed in the menu balade was a leak for the palate and the eyes! I can't expect to go back there myself!
