Auberge Communale De Ballens

Sad to leave the restaurant whose cuisine we appreciate, saying never again: we called 40 minutes before to make sure there was space on the terrace. With a positive response, we went upstairs and were very kindly welcomed by a young lady who placed us. It was shortly after that that the manager arrived who asked us what time we had called and who rather rudely asked us to move out of the sheltered part of the terrace. Why didn't you tell us when booking? We left shocked by the attitude of the manager to go to a more welcoming restaurant.

Was kann ich anders als perfekt sagen!!! Jedes Mal, wenn wir empfangen von Pflegepersonal und Eigentümer!! Es ist das einzige Restaurant, in dem ich mir erlauben, die Tartare zu essen, die ausgezeichnet ist, sowie den Rest des Menüs, Service: 5 Lage: 5
