Six of us went there for lunch in mid-January. The place was very busy as all the restaurants in the village itself on the hill were closed for the season. My vegetarian grand-daughter ordered the only thing possible : salade niçoise without eggs, tuna or anchovies. I ordered the same with the dead animals included. My grandson had French fries. They looked good but tasted like sawdust, like all the frozen ones. Okay ! A salade niçoise without the heart and soul of it, shouldn't be judged. But mine with everything looked like the leaves were a reincarnation from a previous life.No dressing. I asked for oil and vinegar. The salads stared at us until were blue in the face waiting. Went there for lunch with my wife. I ordered a "Niçoise" salad, my wife an "Aïoli". Guess what? No, absolutely no dressing whatsoever with the salad! The waitress told me to use either ketchup, mustard or mayo,... Unbelievable!My wife's aïoli was served,... With salad! Great dishes at very reasonably prizes! This is not the case in the village Of Gourdon! The service is very friendly and quick And the food is provençal nature and honnest! We own a B&B de Charme, Mas la Jaina, in Bargemon at 1 hour drive and looking always for the Best places to go for our clients!This is deffenately one!!!

Visited this Restaurant 2 weeks ago with 3 new friends on a Singles Holiday from Uk. We had a wonderful lunch all having chosen different dishes and plenty of reasonably priced wine. It was very busy, but we didn`t have to wait too long, and the service from the staff was excellent and very friendly.
The Niçoise salad was fresh bar the canned tuna (dressing was also good) and the dessert caramel was very nice. The beer was also cold, however the restaurant was very busy with tourists from the buses soothe service was slow.
Been there every time we pop uo to Gourdon from Le Bar sur Loup on holiday. Friendly, relaxed, un-precocious. Great lunch. Worth a visit before walking up the hill to the main and expensive restaurants in the village.
excellent restaurant, everything is homemade, service to the top gentlemen. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. I don't need to go get any further!

All I can say is the customer service offered by Ben the manager is top notch! _I don't recommend the coffee offered in the buffet selection.
